Graham is a seasoned aviation management executive with over a decade of experience in developing and leading successful helicopter operations. His career spans multiple industries, where he has consistently demonstrated the ability to build sustainable businesses, optimize shareholder value, and deliver operational excellence.

Starting his entrepreneurial journey in the automotive sector, Graham pioneered a major dealership network representing brands such as British Leyland, Lotus, Jensen, Mazda, and Toyota. He later introduced Range Rover to the North American market, establishing a substantial business before moving into the public sector as a major shareholder and executive leader at WB Industries Plc, where he drove market capitalization growth through strategic restructuring and acquisitions.

Since the early 1990s, Graham has focused on international business development, successfully creating and selling multiple enterprises across Europe and the former Soviet Union. His proven track record includes transforming a small logistics company from £85k turnover to £9.5 million in under three years.

For the past 20 years, Graham has concentrated on aviation management, particularly in the helicopter sector, where he has played a key role in operational oversight, strategic growth, and service delivery. His leadership experience includes CEO and Chairman roles in both UK and international companies, underpinned by a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

He is responsible for implementing robust KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) frameworks, ensuring that all aviation operations meet the highest standards of accountability and safety. Ian works closely with management teams, intermediaries, advisors, and customers to deliver exceptional service and maintain full compliance within the aviation industry.

With four years of director-level experience in aviation management, Ian brings a strong focus on compliance, operational oversight, and customer experience. His expertise spans aircraft operations, regulatory adherence, and service delivery, and he is passionate about improving standards and enhancing the overall client journey in the aviation space.

Academically, Ian holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management from the University of Suffolk and maintains professional accreditations with The Chartered Management Institute, The Institute of Management & Leadership, and is a Fellow of The Institute of Administration.

Michelle Bloomfield

Michelle is a highly skilled and innovative aviation management professional with over 30 years of experience in administration and more than six years as a senior client manager in business development. Her career reflects a strong ability to manage complex operations, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional client service within fast-paced environments.

Passionate and enthusiastic, Michelle combines outstanding organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. She excels at building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. Her experience in leadership roles within finance and recruitment has equipped her with a deep understanding of compliance, customer engagement, and strategic development—skills she now applies to the aviation sector.

Alan Howard

Finance Director And Ethics Compliance Officer

Alan is an accomplished aviation management consultant with a distinguished career spanning over four decades in corporate governance, technical training, and organizational development. His expertise combines deep knowledge of compliance, auditing standards, and business transformation with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence in complex environments.

Alan began his career with Deloitte Haskins + Sells, progressing to senior leadership roles in Education and Audit across Rhodesia and Zimbabwe, where he contributed extensively to Institute Committee work and lectured at university level. Returning to London, he oversaw technical training for 6,000 professional staff and authored numerous business management courses, demonstrating his ability to develop talent and drive organizational capability.

His entrepreneurial acumen was evident when he successfully turned around Cambridge Nutrition, increasing turnover from £1.7m to £21m in three years, and scaling its distribution network from 2,000 to 20,000 representatives. Alan’s turnaround expertise became a case study at IMD Lausanne, where he regularly presented to MBA students.

Later, as Standards Partner and Staff Partner at Mazars, Alan shaped national technical policies and personnel development strategies. His international experience includes leading a USAID project in Southern Africa to implement International Auditing and Accounting Standards across the SADC region.

For the past nine years, Alan has operated as an independent consultant, advising diverse clients—including aviation businesses—on compliance, governance, and strategic growth. His recent focus includes supporting helicopter operations and aviation enterprises, leveraging his extensive experience in regulatory frameworks and organizational leadership.

Tammy Nunn

Over the past decade, she has worked within the finance departments of major organizations, developing expertise in financial oversight, compliance, and process optimization.
